I would not recommend Triumph Solent because I've had previous poor experiences, particularly with aftercare when there's been issues with the two previous bikes I've bought from there. I'm aware I'm taking a risk of experiencing the same with this purchase, but there aren't any other Triumph dealers local. I wouldn't suggest a friend take the same risk.

In the past my experience of Triumph Solent, and Triumph dealers has been terrible. So bad I avoid them if I can. I went because they had the bike I wanted. I am not sure I will ever go back for a service. Past experience has left my bike dangerous, in every Triumph dealership I have used.
My experience at Triumph Solent was positive because I found the bike that I wanted for reasonable price, part exchange went smoothly and I'm a happy owner.
